Looking for a supportive, small-group fitness experience? Join us every Wednesday from 9:30–10:30am at Croydon Park for a session designed to match your fitness level and personal interests.

With a maximum of six participants per class, you’ll enjoy a comfortable and welcoming space to build confidence in a gym setting. Our private gym is exclusively reserved for class attendees, ensuring a relaxed and focused environment.

Each session is unique and may include:
